The best cheerleader! Ryan charged it hard for me from day one, when I told him I was ready to start hunting he was right there with me. Consistent check-ins, great communication about my needs and budget. He was the very first person to inform me when a house in my preferred neighborhood (the house I am currently living in!) came up for sale. My best friend lives a block away and Ryan still beat him to the punch! When it came time to put it in ink he was lightning fast and incredibly helpful with explaining the nuances of the offer. I could feel his work ethic and drive to help at every interaction. 100% professional, I would recommend him (and have!) to anyone who is serious about reaching the finish line in this or any market. Ryan helped my husband and I find a great house. We had sold a rental and were looking to replace it with another rental, which put us on a strict timeline. Ryan was on top of everything. There were a few offers along the way where we were outbid, which was tough, especially on one we really loved. However, Ryan was very empathetic and navigated those situations well, staying positive and telling us we would find the right house. We eventually did get into escrow on a perfect house, but a permitting issue popped up. It looked like it was going to kill the transaction because the seller would not agree to an extension. Ryan was diligent and creative in trying to find a solution, and it worked! We closed on time and we are very happy with the house we bought. Ryan was a 10.

Working with ryan was great at first until the market slowed down. He boasts about his expertise and will constantly tell you how many homes he’s sold, all while you’re losing thousands of dollars in your home. I have over a decade of sales and marketing experience and tried to help in that area and he got defensive every time I brought up any criticism or questioned why everyone around us was able to sell their home but ours. I had to call his principle broker and before we could get our sale transferred to another agent an offer came in. It took 4 agents to make this deal come through after he lost two sales, which he blames entirely on me. My agent for my buying side and the sellers agent both adjusted commission to make his transaction go through as well as the seller giving us extra seller credit. It wasn’t until the very end that ryan finally contributed. He was fully prepared to let my sale fail and “try again in spring” and kept bringing up pulling out a HELOC or doing renovations that we made clear we couldn’t afford. For a while he contacted my sellers agent directly instead of my agent and completely ignored my agent because he was mad I had a good relationship with him and felt intimidated. He called me many times over my communication with that agent. My house closed a week late and I still had to personally step in and call lending and title to put pressure on them until they communicated back with the PB that they were tired of my calls. We closed a week late. When we had stuff happen during this sale no one would help or contact me and my buying agent drove down from another state to help make sure this sale went through. When I left a review on his business page he called me a liar and blocked me from his page and said I need to move on and was slandering him and that he had plenty of emails to prove what he was doing. Never said he wasn’t doing anything, I said it wasn’t working and his marketing practices are weak and outdated. What wasn’t recorded was his hour long phone calls talking down to me and again, giving me a run down of his resume when things went south. I would stay FAR away from him and this brokerage. He is very narcissistic, cannot take any bit of criticism, and lacks integrity and ethics.
